Ondo State Government don shock parents and teachers as dem announce ban on graduation ceremony for primary and JSS3 students. According to the Ministry of Education, the graduation party no get real academic value, na just extra spending wey dey stress parents.

Government yarn say some schools don dey turn graduation to owambe, dey charge parents big money for aso ebi, uniform, stage decoration and even gate fee. One official talk say, “Na small promotion to another class, no be university convocation, why una dey overdo?”
