The Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) don launch one brand-new program wey dem baptize “Traffic Mayor.” According to dem, the idea na to ginger better road discipline, reduce daily hold-up, and make motorists dey respect traffic rules as e suppose be.
