NSCDC operatives don show serious action for Nasarawa state as dem engage kidnappers for heavy gun battle near Loko village. The fight break out after the officers track down a notorious gang wey dey plan to attack travellers wey dey pass the route.
For almost one hour, bullets dey fly for both sides until NSCDC overpower the criminals. Two kidnappers die on the spot while two others wey sustain injury surrender to the security team. Dem also recover weapons and charms from the suspects.
The NSCDC Command talk say the operation na part of their fresh strategy to flush kidnappers and bandits comot from Nasarawa communities. The corps promise say more operations go follow until peace return.

NSCDC Commandant for Nasarawa, Mr. Edwin Enwanta, don hail his men after the successful shootout wey end two kidnappers’ career. He talk say the agency no go rest until dem wipe out all the bandits wey dey terrorize innocent citizens.
According to am, the two suspects wey dem arrest don dey under interrogation and dem go face court once investigation finish. “Anybody wey think say Nasarawa na safe place for crime go soon hear am hot. We ready for them,” he yarn.
Residents of Loko and nearby areas don hail the gallant officers, thanking Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps for returning peace to their community. Some even organize small thanksgiving prayer to appreciate the effort.
