Super Eagles Countdown to the Qualifiers

The Super Eagles are scheduled to have one final training session before their crucial match against Lesotho, slated for the 19th of November at the prestigious Akpabio Stadium in Uyo, with kickoff set for 5 PM local time. Following this encounter, the team will swiftly pivot to take on the Zimbabwean national team in Kigali, as part of their rigorous campaign to secure their place in the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

However, amidst the heightened preparation, there remains one player yet to report to camp. Bendel Insurance goalkeeper, Amas Obasogie, has been called upon to replace Maduka Okoye, who regrettably couldn’t join the national team due to personal reasons.
