David Umahi noted that Julius Berger has shifted grounds on other road projects, including the Abuja-Kano road, Second Niger Bridge, Lagos-Ibadan expressway, and Odukpani-Itu road in Cross River State. David Umahi also inspected the East-West road project while in Rivers State, where he expressed dismay over the attitude of RCC, the contractor handling the 15km East-West Road. David Umahi stated that the contractor has received over N40b for the job but has failed to deliver, leading to undue delays and poor quality of work.
