The man don vow to make sure pipu hear him voice so that police no go use this kind oppression take dey disturb innocent citizens again.
The matter don raise serious concern for Calabar as pipu dey ask wetin be the fate of those wey no fit afford to pay such extortion money. “Di government need to do something fast so that di police no go dey take advantage of the poor pipu,” a local said.
