The suspects, identified as Abdullahi Ali, Aliyu Mohammed, Abdullahi Umar, Aliyu Abdullahi, and Mohammed Anas, were found in possession of three AK-47 rifles, along with 90 rounds of live ammunition and 3 AK-47 magazines.

During interrogation, the apprehended individuals confessed to their involvement in kidnapping activities and disclosed their intended operation in Tambuwal.
