Nigeria First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, don give N50,000 each to 500 women for Plateau State as part of her empowerment program to help dem start or grow small business. The First Lady talk say the initiative na part of her Renewed Hope Agenda wey dey support women across the 36 states. She emphasize say when women get money to do business, e go better for their family, community, and the country at large.

She talk am during the event for Jos, where plenty women gather celebrate the good news. Madam Oluremi Tinubu say she believe say if every woman fit get small capital to start market hustle, poverty go reduce well-well. She talk say, “Women dey always think about family, so any kobo wey reach their hand no dey waste.”

The First Lady also encourage the beneficiaries make dem use the money wisely and no use am buy aso ebi or party things. She talk say the Federal Government go continue to monitor and support women wey show seriousness for business.

According to Mrs. Oluremi Tinubu, this empowerment program no go stop for Plateau alone. She reveal say similar projects don already happen for states like Lagos, Kano, Ogun, and Enugu — and the plan na to cover all states before the year end. The initiative dey under the “Renewed Hope Initiative Women Empowerment Fund,” wey aim to support small business owners across Nigeria.
