Major Drug Seizures and Hunt for Elusive Temo

In a relentless crackdown on drug trafficking, the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) has seized numerous shipments of a psychoactive substance over the past three years, collectively valued at billions of naira. These high-stake operations have been linked to a notorious drug lord known as Temo, who has successfully evaded authorities and gone into hiding. Despite Temo’s elusive tactics, the NDLEA remains committed to the manhunt, employing various strategies to bring this wanted criminal to justice.

Amidst these ongoing efforts, a recent breakthrough occurred when NDLEA operatives, during a routine patrol, apprehended three individuals – Joseph Joshua, Muhammed Adamu, and Balarabe Musa – at a sealed warehouse on Church street, Idumota, Lagos. The suspects were caught in the act of burglarizing the facility and loading 546,700 pills of tramadol and other opioids into a waiting yellow bus and an unregistered Suzuki minibus. This successful intervention showcases the Agency’s dedication to dismantling drug-related operations at all levels, from high-profile syndicates to street-level criminals.
