According to NDLEA, Chidiebere first enter trouble for 2013 when dem arrest am for coc+ine traff+cking matter. Court later grant am bail, but before dem know wetin dey happen, baba don disappear enter thin air.

After years of quiet movement, NDLEA finally force am out of hiding when pressure too much. Agency talk say e no fit survive life on the run again, na so e surrender himself quietly.

Finally, on February 13, 2026, Chidiebere surrender himself after hiding don tire am. NDLEA confirm say dem go charge am for the old 2013 case plus fresh charges from the 2024 her+in importation wahala.
