The order na to stop all those secret-secret movement wey dey cause fear for residents, especially when police go dey operate like ghost, no uniform, no ID, just tinted vehicle full body.
Governor Hope Uzodinma no even smile when e drop the matter. E talk say this kain unmarked vehicle movement dey confuse pipu and dey make the citizens dey see police like suspect. You no go blame anybody, because how person go sabi say na police dey inside tinted Sienna wey no get number plate?
The government come add say the ban na to promote trust, transparency and public safety. As e be so, na only marked police vehicles, with full identity and uniform, go fit dey parade anyhow for Imo again. Any officer wey no gree hear word, na disciplinary action go hug am like wrapper.
