Gombe Youths Don Vex – Declare War Against Drug Abuse and Cultism to Save Their Future!

Na serious gbege as Gombe youths don gather say dem no go gree again for the way drugs and cultism dey scatter their generation. For one massive rally wey happen for Gombe city, youths carry placard and shout slogan like “Drop the Needle, Pick Your Future!” Dem talk say the time don reach to take back their destiny from drugs and cult people wey dey cause fear for streets.

The Gombe Youth Coalition for Peace and Progress join hand with police, NDLEA, and religious leaders to fight this matter. Dem say e no go be by mouth alone — action go follow. NDLEA officials promise to increase patrol for hot zones wey drugs dey move and arrest anybody wey try form “chemist of confusion.” Community elders also talk say dem go report any suspect to police sharp sharp.

As part of the fight, the youths don launch one movement wey dem call Clean Mind, Bright Future to teach fellow youths about the danger of hard drugs. Dem don start school outreach programs and football tournaments wey carry anti-drug message. One of the youth leaders talk say, “We no go let drugs kill our talent — we be leaders of tomorrow, no be victims of today.”

Police, NDLEA, and local vigilante don form joint task force for Gombe to stop the spread of drugs and cultism. As the rally dey go on, police nab two suspects wey try share illegal drugs to some youths. The crowd shout “Say no to drugs!” as police carry dem enter van. The incident just ginger the movement more, as everybody vow say Gombe no go ever return to the dark days of drug and cult wahala.
