EFCC Reaffirm Yahaya Bello Innocent Until Court Verdict, No Political Interference for Trial

EFCC don yan again say former Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello, still dey innocent for N80.2 billion fr+ud case until court yan say e guilty. EFCC talk say na court get power to decide who guilty or innocent, dem no fit judge anybody for demself.

EFCC Public Affairs Director, Wilson Uwuajeren, yan for Arise TV say trial dey go on, witnesses dey testify and evidence dey show for court. E explain say prosecution for Nigeria no dey happen quick, and everything must follow law proper way.

Uwuajeren add say EFCC role na just take case go court, dem no dey look political party matter. E talk say even Bello position for political party no fit affect trial, and EFCC dey follow law only.

EFCC Reaffirm Yahaya Bello Innocent Until Court Verdict

Economic and Financial Crimes Commission don reaffirm say anybody wey dey trial, like Yahaya Bello, remain innocent until court yan verdict. Commission yan say dem dey do im work proper, and dem no dey influenced by political wahala at all.

Director Wilson Uwuajeren talk say trial dey continue for court with all witnesses and evidence dey present, as law require make trial dey fair. E also explain say na court alone fit decide if person guilty or not, EFCC just dey prosecute the case.

EFCC yan say dem dey committed to ensure say both prosecution and defence get justice. E clear say nothing wrong dey happen for case handling, and trial dey proceed without any wahala or political interference.
