Vice President Kashim Shettima has led a delegation of six state governors to the Republic of Benin on a strategic study visit aimed at exploring industrial development models that could support the revival of Nigeria’s textile industry.

During the visit, Vice President Kashim Shettima and the governors toured an industrial zone in Benin Republic to examine policies, infrastructure and investment strategies that have supported manufacturing and industrial growth.
The delegation focused on understanding how integrated industrial parks, stable policies and private sector participation have contributed to job creation, increased production and export opportunities.
