Nollywood actress Bimbo Thomas has shared a chilling account of an armed robbery attack she and colleague Funke Akindele experienced while filming the hit movie Omo Ghetto. The actress disclosed that the incident happened late at night and left everyone on set traumatised and fearful for their lives.
Speaking during an interview on the With Chude podcast, Thomas explained that the attack occurred around midnight when they suddenly heard loud banging and shouts of “Ole! Ole!” from outside.
Although they initially checked through the window, they could not see anything suspicious, which made the situation even more confusing and frightening.

In a desperate attempt to protect her, Thomas said she asked Akindele to hide under her gown while they knelt down to pray, hoping the attackers would go away.
