CBN talk say this new rule go stop the wahala wey Nigerians dey face when dem use ATM or transfer money and e no go through. According to dem, banks no get excuse again to delay refund — the thing must happen immediately.
This new move na part of the effort to restore confidence in the financial system and make banking service sweet for everybody wey dey use technology.
